Direct to Garment Printing Full Color Printing
Send us your color artwork and we can print it onto a shirt for you. We can handle quanties from 1 shirt for a special person or hundreds for large events.
Here are the requirments:
- Files must be less then 4MB in size.
- Files must be in .pdf .jpg .gif .bmp .png or .tif format.
- We cannot perform miracles on bad artwork.
- Best results are seen with files of resolutions around 150-200 dpi.
- Max print area 11" x 16".
1 shirt: $15.00 each
6 shirts or more (same artwork): $11.00 each
10 shirts or more (same artwork): $9.00 each
100 shirts or more (same artwork): $6.00 each
Shirt pricing is for 1 side only 2nd side printing is $6.00 per shirt all quantities
Same Day Service is subject to a rush/overtime chare of an additional 25%.
Production time for Direct to Garment 2 - 3 business days, after art approval and receipt of goods.
Silk-Screening - Spot Color
Example 1 for Silk-Screen Pricing:
48 shirts printed 1 side on a white shirt
(online special: 4 for $10.00).
Garment: $2.50 x 48 (shirts) = $120.00
Set-up: $20.00 (film) + $30.00 (Screen) = $50.00
Printing Cost: $1.80 x 48 (shirts) = $86.40
Flash Dry: $0.25 x 48 (shirts) = $12.00
Total Cost: $268.40 / 48 (shirts) = $5.59 per shirt |
Example 2 for Silk-Screen Pricing:
48 shirts printed 2 sides on a white shirt
(online special: 4 for $10.00).
Garment: $2.50 x 48 (shirts) = $120.00
Set-up: $20.00 (film) + $30.00 (Screen) x 2 = $100.00
Printing Cost: $1.80 x 48 (shirts) x 2 = $172.80
Flash Dry: $0.25 x 48 (shirts) x 2 = $24.00
Total Cost: $416.80 / 48 (shirts) = $8.68 per shirt |

Screen printing production time: 5 - 10 business days, after art approval and receipt of goods.
Rush orders are subject to a rush/overtime chare of an additional 25%.
All printing subject to a 3% print flaw ratio.
